Flash Light!
Ok so i have been thinking curiously that how some people get that big Flashlight surrounfing them all over! But i came up with only this flash light that moves where I move my Cross hair! Can some one tell me how i can get that Big Flash Light?

They might be admins using a special mod. The normal flashlight is where you point it to.
