Thanks for the link, I understand it more now. Recently I saw that when I'm lagging, on net_graph appears parameter ms, anyone knows what it means?

I installed cs1.6 on my old computer again, entered the same servers and there were no lags. The old computer has the same internet as my new do. So the lag is caused by one of the parts of my new computer for sure, which part can it be?
I have 10 posts now, so here is the demo where you can see the lag:

nvidia GTX 260, have the newest driver&directx.
