please modify these cvars for me to boost fps

i am playing cs 1.6 offline with bot.i use amxx (i only use nofalldamage plugin).the fps frequently=60 but the bots appear choppy .
(there is a tutorial :"a value of cl_updaterate 101 will tell your client to use ex_interp 0.009, but you won’t actually be receiving 100 updates per second, so the players will appear choppy").
in some maps sometimes the fps drops to 30 when i play with 20 bots.i think that i play offline ,so the fps must be high
i think i don't set a right value for cvars.
please modify these cvars for me .does it effects to my fps?
1.what value should i set to this cvar(0 or 1) when i play offline with bot?

it's seem better when i use the parameter -heapsize 786432 but if there is many bots in a place ,the fps drops

Well, your computer is not very good for server hosting especially with 20 bots. Also, it's normal for FPS to drop in some maps.

It does not matter whether you have a graphic card or not, but what you really need is a good Processor and RAM
In the game if you press a key then that goes to the main processor instead of the GPU - Graphical Processing Unit
If you are hosting a dedicated server or listen server, no matter how good graphic card you have, you server may lag. This is because of the processor or RAM.
i don't know this tutorial is true or not , ?i see that the priority of the game in task manager is 50 % may i have to buy a better processor?

1: Video card DOES matter. A 32 mb card will not support CS:S/1.6 as well as a 128 mb and then a 256 and so on. But at the same time Ram speed and processor speed speed on the VC matters as well.

2: Servers don't need an uber video card but they do need a proper amount of ram, cpu speed and size, HDD speed, and a high speed internet and network. Obviously if you have 56k for internet you aren't going to be hosting for long.

People tend to not think HDD speed matters but the computer has to load everything from it and the the game only goes as fast as the slowest part. 7200 rpm is good, but 10-15k is what you'll see in pro servers. Those can be expensive so you make it up with large amounts of ram to allow for more storage off the h.d.d. and keep the seek time down.

3: You'll have to look at what your machine has then look for the new parts you want and see if it's worth renting a company server or buying your own.
