Question cs 1.6 freeze on OK BUTTON

hi guys my name is habib n i m suffering from very danger diseases so plzz help me if u can.....!



well i install cs 1.6 on ma lapton when open d game it starts but it get stuck on press ok button

i just cant press any thing my mouse arrow moves but nothing is highlited so is there any 1 who can help me with this and my laptop config is this

Hate to tell you this, but CS doesn't run too well on a laptop. Does it get really hot? If it does then the machine is locking up due to heat. Nothing can be done to correct this.

the same problem i am facing too.... when i am joining a server and then welcome screen appears but i can't click on the OK button !! i am not using laptop !!

my system is: core 2 duo @ 3.88 Ghz, 9600GT 512MB ddr2, 3GB ram, 160GB HDD, 256KBPS speed net !!

guys this PROBLEM is keep exciding from d day when i born ............! n knw wat this is COUNTER STRIKE FORUM and there is no solution ........! so i thnk i wont get d solution in dis world...........!

Yes, CS, WoW, and a lot of these big games require so much from the computer that it will burn up a laptop. I have a friend with an uber laptop and he can't play anything on it, it gets too hot and he doesn't want to burn up $3000!! I have never seen a laptop perform well enough and stay cool enough to make the game play good. The processor wasn't made and doesn't have the cooling to play these games. Desktops have the proper cooling as well as airflow to keep the cpu as well as the video hardware cool.

Poor air flow + low cooling abilities + heavy software loads = lots of heat = bad things on a laptop.
