Reset my name on some servers :(

Hi, I have this problem, that on some servers my name, crosshair and nearly all of my personal settings resets. Is there any commands that will stop this, or is it bug?

I would guess there is a mod on the server that uses different keys or has some sort of setting to not allow you to use options. If it's a bug go into a good server, set your keys, name, and cross hair the way you want then exit Steam, find the config.cfg file that goes with that game mod and set it to read only in the properties.
