The warning he typed in was to alert others to download at their own risk. I think it's a very good idea he had and I highly doubt he'll be removing it.

Anyone can put in a malicious program into a folder and then upload it to the site you posted the link from. I don't think it has anything to do with you being an active member or not.

I would do it to my own files if I uploaded them to a free site like that. All my files come from the writers or the company that made them and are well known. If I have to host one I have my own websites to host from. If I ever post from a strange site I add the warning and I will still continue to do so from anyone that posts not only here but on my forums. Unless the CS.com owner asks me not to I will continue to protect the users of this site as well as CS.com's back end.
