Default mouse issue ! new one =)

I don't think you'll have heard this one before.

As I aim left and right my crosshair drifts upwards at the same time.

So if I see someone's head to the right, and I aim over to it, I end up shooting above his head because the crosshair creeps up as I move the mouse! >.<

It used to happen with my g5, also happens with my diamondback 3g, so I dont think its hardware related.

A friend mentioned negative acceleration?

I have tried it with and without mousefix, and enforcing no accel on the mouse drivers.

*edit* This does not happen in any other game

Check your mouse pad, maybe there are some worn out surfaces, that might cause that.

Does the X-Hare move up or is it the verticle lines of the X-H that move up/down?
