Default Mouse issue

I was playing in an esea pug earlier and all of a sudden my mouse began acting screwy. It will look up and down extremely fast, and barely move left or right. I can't seem to fix the problem. Deleted .blob to re-update steam, no help. I re-installed cs, also with no help. The problem still persists. My mouse works fine on desktop, and even in the menu section of cs. Once I join a server though the problem happens. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Maybe there is a section on your mouse pad (worn out) that causes this problem.
