I believe CS1.6 requires Steam as it runs on the Steam engine. You can try a 1.5 dedicated server.

You COULD install Steam and buy CS 1.6.

this is annoying mee,, i can log into my server with the ip that the server gave me butt i gave out the other ip which i got from a site wouldn't work for the people i gave it out 2. Does anyone know how and could fix this problemm.
