Hey, when i zoom in when i use the sniper, it takes about 1 second to work, whereas in CS;S its instant.

Anyone know what i can do? I have never played 1.6 on this computer before, if there any settings or anything i must change, please help me out.

I don't know why its like this, my computer has more than recommended settings. 8800 GTS, 2gig ram, etc.

It was a Valve update to make it "more realistic". It still takes time in CS:S but not as ling. But CS:S seems to run faster then 1.6.

maybe ur ping is quite high

Ping will make everything laggy, not just the zoom.
