CS 1.5 Public & Pug Server

Disregard the other thread.

I'm hosting a CS 1.5 server 24/7 because of many issues regarding lack of servers in the US; most of the servers hosted in the US give bad latency or practically bad netcode registration/connection.

The server runs full 999 fps with correct sv_ rates. Nothing is hardcoded which makes it simple to use rate 25000 updaterate/cmdrate @ 101, ex_interp 0.1 with 100 fps.

Other maps include: de_cpl_fire, common maps like dust2, fy_iceworld, cs_bloodstrike, etc..

Any other maps that you believe should be added, e-mail me.

The server is located in Los Angeles, CA.

The server is set to launch a pug match whenever there are players ready and whatnot. Yes, it's both for public gameplay and pug matches.

Remember, this is set to be fun, nothing competitive like comparing 1.6 to 1.5 or 1.3.

If anyone's interested in setting up a pug match, get on the server and bring some friends.

--Installation for Counter-Strike 1.5 with WON2/Half-Life with Steam--

1) Install the Half-Life retail.

It can be downloaded here:

If you have already bought Half-Life through Steam, you can continue with the following steps without downloading the HL retail.

2) Install CS 1.5

3) Install the Half-Life update v1.1.1.0

Both, the update and CS 1.5 can be downloaded from the gotfrag downloads.

4) Install the Steamless Half-Life update v1.1.1.1. Which fixes some bugs and updates CS 1.5 to be able to play on the WON2 servers.

5) Install the Half-Life update v1.1.1.2, which fixes more bugs and installs the graphics interface which allows you initialize the graphics to look like Source.

Hi i have uploaded the full retail version of cs 1.5 with all patches server lists and CD KEY and a how to install all in the zip

Also note that this version can be patched to older versions such as 1.3 all you have to do is download cs1003.exe
