how do i start playing

What specifically are you wanting to know about it.

You buy the game, install it and play it. Is there something more specific?

1) Sit down in your chair. It's the 21st century, no need to go out to the shops!
2) Open Steam. If you do not already have it, you can download it from here: steampowered.com
3) Click on [b]Store[b] Then type in the name of the game you want.
4) Type in your credit card number, then sit back for a few hours while it downloads.
5) Click Play.
