In CS:S, my spray isn't showing up. Although I can see others' it's not working for me, nor are bullet holes appearing. I changed my config before, but now I'm lost. The correct config line would be greatful. Thanks.

Make sure these settings are set like this in your config file:
cl_allowupload "1"
cl_allowdownload "1"

The file is most likely here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\YourEmailHere@email.com\coun ter-strike source\cstrike\cfg\config.cfg

Once you load the spray in you options menu you have to rejoin/restart the game for it to take affect.

Once you have the settings saved I bet the the bullet holes will appear as well.

You can also just enter these commands in to your developer console while in game, you'll still have to reload for the spray to work.
