I have downloaded zombie mod and extracted it to my cstrike folder but it hasnt changed my game at all so what do i have to do to get it working?

You can load it to a home computer and use it as a lan server but it helps to have it hosted. I don't know if you can do it as a listen server, but I can't see why not if you can get Metemod working along with Mani-Admin as a listen server.
