I dont even know where to start on this one i could really use a hand here, we would like to restrict the awp to 2 a team permanently, but like i said i dont know where to start...

If this is a Source server, you can do it using Mani Admin.

List of Mani Commands:

Counter-Strike.com | Counter-Strike Servers, Forums, Maps, Strategy and more!

Look for "ma_restrict"
