Sounds "HEADSHOT!"

how do you add sounds to your server so for example someone shoot you in the head and it blasts out "HEADSHOT"???

For Counter-Strike: Source (Mani-Mod):
1)Download the Mani-Mod Sound Pack (mani-admin-plugin.com/mani_admin_plugin/quake_pack/quake_pack.zip)
2) Extract the Mani-Mod Sound Pack to your computer (google search WinRAR if you don't have a program to do so).
3) Using Counter-Strike.com's FTP, drop the sound and cfg folder in your cstrike's directory.
3) In your server's directory, find mani_server.cfg and put the following at the bottom of the file: exec mani_quake_sounds.cfg - just that, nothing else.
4) Restart your server
