everytime my server restarts i have to reconfig the settings...does anyone know what file i need to edit to make the settings i perfer the default...therefore making it when i restart my server i dont have to change plug in settings

It must be located at cstrike folder. Dont' have it? Create it. Use any word editor to edit it.
