months ago i muted everyone with a command someone sugested to me in the counsle...so now i cant hear anyone when they are on the mic...is there a command i can type to turn the mics back on...i think it was a mp or sv type command..i dont think it was sv_alltalk but something similar

Sv_Alltalk will stop/allow you to hear the other team or dead players. Sv_voiceenable will turn on/off the voice feature in the server, however the service should reset when the server is restarted or the map changes, unless you edited it in the server.cfg file, not in game.
