There's a System Req. Topic in this section, its actually the 1st one on everyone's list.

Minimum: 500 mhz processor, 96mb ram, 16mb video card, Windows 2000/XP/ME/SE, Mouse, Keyboard, Internet Connection

Recommended: 800 mhz processor, 128mb ram, 32mb+ video card, Windows 2000/XP, Mouse, Keyboard, Internet Connection

If your computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements that is probably the cause of any issue you are having.

yes your pc will run it.

will run cs 1.6, and cz.

Even CSS but not with all graphics turned up.
