Error Creating "New Multiplayer Game"

So here's how it goes:

I click new multiplayer game and fill in all the setting and stuff, k? Then I'm ready and I click START After the loading is done I appear here. ( picture below) Once the loading is done, I don't even see the "You are playing on a (x) server yada yada yada" OR even choose my team. PLZ HELP!!! ( P.S No, I did not die, I just appeared like that)

Due to my needing help badly, I am typing out the link (no spaces):
