Default OpenGL mode not working in xp

hi.. i ve been playing cs condition zero in 98 ..had no problems. now when i installed xp i cant play counter strike in it.. picture quality is poor.. pls let me know how to use cs in opengl mode inxp.. thnx in advance.

Go to Steam -> Games -> Counter-Strike -> Properties -> Set launch options -> and add "-gl" without the quotes.
