Server all set but not shown and admin issuse and plugins

i think i have made my plugins work.but now i need access to admin..plz help me out..

i tried and still not gettin ..i am not understanding exactly which line u require me to remove and add this new line...

What I sent you should work.. Maybe instead of 127.0.0.1 try add what is shown in cmd->ipconfig

As to issue 1, it can take time for your server to pop up on the master list. I've seen it take weeks. If you don't have the server up for a long time the master list won't see it, or will miss it.
