Go to your last cz folder, you will see there one file named "config" open it and find one line named "cl_righthand" be sure that the command be cl_righthand "1".

Remember first to unlock the read only option. When you have finished lock it as read only.

i had the same problem, check your renderer and put it to openGL DO NOT PUT IT ON SOFTWARE(saftware won't harm it, software's just a backup thing.

Not that it really matters if you right handed or left, the cursor is still in the middle of the screen...
