I would run disk clean up, defrag and a scan disk. Check for updates for the op sys, DirectX, and the vidio card.

It's a decent computer so I see no reason it shouldn't perform well, unless you are connecting to overseas servers.

You can use the windows update link in the start menu but for video drivers you'll have to visit ATIs site. look for a ATI Radeon HD3650 256mb update.
