Forum Support (Peer-to-peer)

This is just a suggestion, but I'd like to see some sort of peer-to-peer support area on the forums. Perhaps have a special usergroup for customers, and allow them access to the section?

I'm not sure how you could set it up, but it would be nice to have.

That's a good suggestion. I'm uncertain how it would work on the forums or if it's possible, but we will see if we can get something like this in the future.

Maybe just a live chat. We did that on our boards but it almost never got used. Here it might have more users. Could also try a IRC channel.

Could you set it up so when game server control panel accounts are created, it runs a query on the vBulletin database to update/create a customer account?
