Ok, I purchased/rented a server recently...well very recently and instantly started working on it to make it CAL ready. We keep having a problem with lo3 and some errors so i submitted a support ticket as soon as we discovered these errors. It's been like oh I don't really know lets say 1/2 day and i haven't gotten a response yet, I realize that your service department must attend to a lot more problems than just mine. Basically I'm trying to ask how long until a service rep. will respond?
An average time would be ideal, just want to make sure that we can hold our practice tonight. Also an idea would be to put an average time for support response somewhere in your site so that users like myself can anticipate somebody's help around a certain time frame rather than leave them hanging. Thanks a bunch, Matt" SunDrop" C. Infernalgaming.org |
