My friend bought a server here.
He wants a ****ing refund NOW. You never answer our support tickets.
If you do NOT refund us then we will take you to court

Lol, ya cuz talking that way will get things done faster!! Did he read the terms and conditions? Probably not. Once the server s paid for it's paid for. With your attitude I wouldn't want to answer the support questions and I don't even work here.

My advice is to ask nicely and things will get done fast. Seeing how this was posted at 4:20 AM, (Lol 4:20!!), I am betting the staff was sleeping. You know, something we do here.

If you have a question and need it answered you can post the support ticket first then come to these boards. If we can help you then you will get an answer as soon as some one logs in and can help, which is pretty fast most of the time.
