i seen many people, well not so many really, complain about services or slow ticket responses or related errors... well guys, just think you ar enot the only one they try to help.
They probably manag emany many users, so is normal a response can take some times.
Everyone can commit a mistake, just think how many errors we do ourself and they try to help us . So be patient, i'm sure they will help you as they did with me many time already
