Server Crashing / Hacked

ok this is just seriously getting bullsh!t because both my USA server died around 14 hours ago AGAIN at the same time and i cant seem to get them back up besides that my EU server got hacked 3 more times in the past 2 days i changed rcon password 3 times and it still happens how do i fix this sh!t cause it is really starting to piss me off

What site are they at? If it's Dallas CS.com does rolling restarts on monday nights. It's a 10-15 minute down time while they fix any machine issues and update the servers.

Skami have the host change IP's and re do all your files, that means fresh installs, nothing from backups. I have a feeling they got into your ftp and changed things.

Yeah, i think that Heidymus is right. But when it happened to me, i just got the bastard's ip and changed it to some unknown ip that is from Turkish and i planted a virus code into the file that came to this computer by e-mail. I found all this virus sending and stuff on some hackers website. I was just checking the hackers positions and skills and knowledge. Remember, never give up if some bastard doing problems.
