My friend bought a server the other day.
he still have yet to recive the informational e-mail....
WHY is it taking so long?!?

he said to me that it said authmsg: approved when he finshed buying it. yet its been like 2 or 3 days

All customers receive their account information instantly. It would not take that long. I would suggest that you contact the correct place for support, which would be support@counter-strike.com. Never use the forums for anything related to your game server or your account for support.
