I always see those people on servers playing sounds how do they do that i can never get any of them to tell me.

i would be really nice if someone could tell me.

i want to be able to play music and have everyone on the server to hear.

but beware, users of this tend to mic spam, and therefore get banned! dont use it on a server that you would care about being banned on!
