Colored letters in chat ? =]

Hi,

A few days ago, I saw fnatic vs MYM (team Pentagram actually) playing online on some event.

Anyway... during the last warmup round, taz killed two fnatic players and then wrote "headshot" with white, green and I think dark colors in chat. Until now, I never noticed that it was possible to do that in CS. I know you can color your name in CS:S but never saw that in CS, aswell as I never say someone writing letters in the chat with different colors. SO!
I can't find nothing on the net about this matter. Only something about the "^" symbol and some plugins with amx. But!!!! I don't think the server had amx on during those warmups. So there must be some sort of script or some weird faggy command.

If anyone has any idea about how to type letters with different color in chat.. please share!!!!!
