binds prob

Trying to bind the following keypad buttons

bind kp_END “buy vest”
bind kp_DOWNARROW “buy mp5navy; buy vest; buy defuser”
bind kp_PGDN “buy m4a1; buy ak47; buy vest; buy vesthelm; buy defuser”
bind kp_LEFTARROW “buy AWP; buy vest; buy vesthelm; buy defuser”
bind kp_RIGHTARROW “buy defuser”
bind kp_HOME "buy hegrenade"
bind kp_UPARROW "buy flashbang"
bind kp_PGUP "buy smokegrenade"

the bottom 3 in the list which = keys 7,8,9 are the only ones that work?

any ideas, have tried with and without "" around "kp_end" etc
