AMX Mod - Console and configs.ini questions

Two questions:

1. Is there a way to be able to run amx commands/functions through the dedicated server console?
for example from server console I want to:

amx_slap Player1

2. With AMX Mod there is a menu called "amx_cfgmenu" it appears this allows you to run configs through this menu. I tried running some of the defaulted configs like "PUBLIC Settings" or "Official CAL Match" but got an error - could not execute config. Where should the .cfg files be located (path/folder)? and how should the line be edited so it can run .cfg properly?

By default (in the configs.ini file) it looks like this:

"Official CAL Match" "exec cal.cfg;servercfgfile \'\'" "a" "u"


I was able to find a cal.cfg, but not sure where to put it and edit the line so that amx can run these configs from the "amx_cfgmenu".
