A specific question concerning weapons restricting

Hi there, I am new to this forum, hope somebody is able to reply to this question.
I recently reinstalled my server (first time installing it, though I own it), and for the most part, the server is running smoothly. However, before my reinstallation, my clanmate who did the server for me, change the settings so that awp and auto was restricted (from buying). I cannot seem to be able to do the same, I originally thought it was an extended capability of a admin mod known as amx_super, but when i queried them about it, they mentioned something about amx_restmenu. I typed that up and eventually lead me to here. Apparently it is a cstrike addon? Is this the command that I am looking for? How do I get this to work? Thanks in advanced for any feedback.

Notes: I only want a mod/setting that disables awp/auto from buy menu, not disabling it entirely from maps that have awps already in them.
My server is a counterstrike 1.6 server, Warcraft 3 Frozen Throne with amxmodx 1.76d installed.
I have already attempted to type amx_restmenu in my console, and there is no response.
