Well my Admin'd computer is compiling now so I can't do much but say go to the console and do amx_help

On the 2-3 page will be the sommand. I think it's amx_commandmenu or something like that. I had to play with 3 or 4 to get the right one to bind to a key. Sorry I couln't tell you the exact on right now, darn map is a big one.

where is ftp server

The fpt server is the machine your server is on. For home users you won't have the need for a ftp upload, the files just go on your machine at home. For company hosted server when you rent the server you will be provided a link to your ftp account when you get your server information. Some also have a link on your user control panel for your server. If you can't get that you will have to open a support ticket with the host or contact them via email.
