How do i apply plugins into server

I am using amx mod x
I am having a small problem
I can not seem to plugin plugins into server they dont seem to be operating
I downloaded it where do i go from there
By the way im using dedicated server

you have to add the name of the plugin to some amxx folder. i dont know which at the moment. i am using a public computer

Goto your cstrike/addons/amxmodx/configs and open Plugins.ini
And replace it with

Where it says:
"; Custom - Add 3rd party plugins here"

Underneath put the EXACT name of the plugin with the .amxx extiension. And make sure they're .AMXX files you're downloading.

Example:

descriptive_fire_in_the_hole.amxx
lights.amxx
advanced_tracers.amxx
amx_police.amxx

And if you want to disable any plugins use " ; " to turn it off

[chex_computers]

add it to your game folder under plugins
