Now i'm asking you guys for some support, i've about 1k different people who visist the server everyday and they're getting annoyed, and so am I. (btw its a 1.6 server) Any help would be much appriciated (; Thx in advande / max |

If this is a home hosted server restart the whole computer, also log out of Steam and then log back in. The error is between the log in of the server account and the Steam server.

It's not a home hosted server, it's a rented dedicated server.
And the server has been restarted and the server computers has been rebooted as well, i e-mailed my hosters and they tried that already. I've also asked everyone who is active on the server to re-log on Steam, but still the problems are there. I have no clue, but could it be some admin command that i've typed in? If that's possible how do i fix it? Maybe its just as simple as reset the whole server and build it up again? Thank you for your reply btw. Futher tips are still appriciated. Best regards / admin novice |

I would have the host make sure Steam is updated.
I searched Google... Adding this for others. * Restart Steam. Close Stream from the tray, and run your game again. * Log out of Steam, then log back in. Try your game again. * Close Steam. Go Program Files then find ClientRegistry.blob in your Steam directory and delete it. Restart steam. * Close Steam. Then update your system clock and start up Steam again. |

Well as I wrote in my first post here, all the updates are up to date.
And i've already closed steam lot's of times. And the problem is not just mine, but everyone's who enter the server. So deleting those files isnt gonna solve anything. (btw i've tried that too) But Thank you for your time. The help was appriciated. /Max Last edited by s0ber^; 01-09-2009 at 09:30 AM. |

How did you go about updating and making sure that everything is up-to-date? What did you use?
Have you tried this? https://support.steampowered.com/kb_...4100-WEAK-4375 I know you tried Clientregistry.blob. However, what about the other files? Please remember to answer all of my questions. ![]()
