i need help on adding admin

i have a problem

this is my user.ini :

then the next i did is the make file in cstrike folder :

i made a notepad and named it userconfig.cfg

then i wrote in it setinfo _pw "farisalharbi"

is there anything wrong with it??

where do i enter the user and pass??

You will enter the password in game in the user console (`/~).
