Don't have permission?

Yeah, I know it's weird. Someone once helping you with your mani mod servers now in need help. Keep all your giggles in then help me.

Well recently I bought a tfc server. I uploaded all the AMXX files then edited the /config/users.ini file to fit my needing. When I was in the server I asked someone if they could help me pull up a menu or something so I could kick someone who was spamming.. They told me to type amxmodmenu in console. It same up with "You do not have permission." First thing I did was checked my /config/users.ini file to check and make sure I had the right access letter for that command. I did as along with every other command there was, excluding z, the user command. I have attached my users.ini file so you can check and see if I am doing this correctly

change the bottom of the users.ini from

"STEAM_0:0:15241987" "" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu" "ce"

To

STEAM_0:0:15241987 "" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu" "ce" ;YOURCSNAME

Dosen't look much differnt, but you have like huge spaces.. and >" "< over your steam ID, these usually stop it working
