Amx Mod X

I put AMX Mod X on my server.

AMD 600 MHZ
512 RAM
64 VRAM
FSB 200 MHZ
Windows XP Home
HD 1 - 13 Gig
HD 2 - 8 Gig
HD 3 - 8 Gig

I only planned to make it a 6 Player server and I installed Steam, it works fine, I also installed Dedicated Server. I have no firewall on, I can connect to it from my Other Computer just fine...but the AMX Mod I can't seem to get work.

I unzipped the file and I just went to program files>valve>hlserver (or something like that but it was the only folder in there)>cstrike and I put the amxmodx48520975 folder inside with the contents unchanged

(except the steam id part, I only changed the Steam ID to the ID I would be logging onto the server with to actually play so I'd have Admin capabilities. )

I am dumbfounded, what did I do wrong?
I'm completely new to this of course and I'd like to learn to get better at it and maybe some day invest in better web service and a newer server.
