restrict weapons its not need any plugins
just type in console:
amxmodmenu
and u will be have options in menu

i have question why when i go to my amxmodmenu my restrict weapon don't shine all commands shine and i can use them all except restrict weapon.. Two days ago i can use it.. but now i can't

who know why?

Make sure you have all the flags in the users.ini file set to give you full access. If that doesn't work then you might have to edit the lists used to fill your admin menus.

You must enable plugin restmenu.amxx in plugins.ini
