I mean the message that scrolls across the screen when the game commences. This message is configured in Amx Mod X. The message usually says, "Welcome to XYZ server. The server is using AMX MOD X".

Also, there are imessages configured in amxx.cfg which are not getting displayed.

That is found in AMX's config file. It's near the top and is something like "Welcome message".

I found the problem. It was the scroll time.
