Okay so I have a netgear wireless router(I know it sucks but it works). Does anyone know how to make it so that people can see my server and access it, I know it involves ports, so please help me...lol.

easiest thing to do is just assign your computer a static ip address (192.168.1.120 or something like that) and then open "DMZ" on your ip address.
