How to install amx mod on windows system
step 1. Install HLDS

u can start to install this, on the first step, program will ask u when u wanna to install that, instalation will present way C:HLserver, accept this instalation way, end go to the end.
When u install HLDS you can go to install counter strike 1.6

step 2. install counter strike 1.6 non steam

I think u have counter strike 1.6 non steam :)
start Counter Strike 1.6 full v6.exe or 1.6 full v7.exe file, when ask when u wanna to install that u say C:\HLserver when u install HLDS server. When u install that, u can now install patch v.23, also in way C:\HLserver

step 3. Testing server

When u finish 1. & 2. step correctly u can now test server.
Now u must create shortcut on desktop by file hlds.exe when u must find in c:\HLserver
Next when u done this, right click on hlds.exe icon, end find target in Properties.
now in target add this C:\HLServer\hlds.exe -game cstrike -console -noipx -nomaster +map de_dust2 +maxplayers 16 +sv_lan 0 +port 27015 +secure 1
start server, if u have some error, please checkout, if you have some mistake.
this is lunix testing so all other steps arent lunix

step 4. Install AMX plugin end Metamod plugin

for this step u need AMX plugin when u can find in www.amxmod.net/download.php stringently download WON VERSION AMX. Also u need Metamod plugin u can download on this url SourceForge.net:]SourceForge.net: Downloading ... Downloading ...

when u find amx end metamod plugin now you must install that!
first AMX plugin
On zip file AMX 0.9.9 won.zip copy context in folder C:\HLserver\cstrike,
means u will have new folder in csstrike directory on by name "addons" when have two subdirectory "amx" end "metamod", like this:
C:\HLserver\cstrike\addons\amx
C:\HLserver\cstrike\addons\metamod

Now next is Metamod plugins, put this in "C:\HLserver\addons\metamod\dlls"- In folder C:\HLserver\cstrike\addons\metamod\sample_plugins. ini rename this in "C:\HLserver\cstrike\addons\metamod\plugins.in i" Now u go to directory C:\HLserver\cstrike find file liblist.gam open this in notepad end do this:
In liblist.game file instead:
gamedll "dlls\mp.dll"

u must.. rename to this
gamedll "addons\metamod\dlls\metamod.dll"

Now u must test your server type in console "amx" to see list of AMX commands,
if u have error messages, u don't istall correctly!

Step 5 Install Cheating Death 4.29.0

My server does not have Cheating Death!

(amxx) means (amx mod X)
.amxx is like .cfg
but it is not important

now let me tell you another guid about plugins:::

plugins are .amxx files for amx mod X (Only)
download some files from this russian forum Plugins for AMX Mod X - ïëóãèíè çà AMX Mod X do not read just download,names are on english but guids are not so i will tel you guid >..>

go to cstrike\addons\amxmodx\ there are the options
in there you will see several subfolders but you will only need plugins configs and scripting folders
you need to place .amxx in plugins foldes then copy his name as it is , then that name place in configs\plugins.ini under everything it is saying 3 part ok or something like that place his name there.
place .sma files in scripting folder you will sometimes get those files with .amxx plugins and that is it

i told you everything i now i did like that and it worked it is not hard it is EASY
ans do not worry if you screew up something it is not a problem youst tell me here by posting a reply OK

It is a set of files you load to the server to allow administration of the server to a set group of people.

Edit the users.ini file in the cstrike/addons/amxmodx/configs directory.
