Um... besides that this is the wrong place to post a link to your server, that isn't the correct ip address. The only person in the world that can connect to that server is you.

You have the incorrect ip adress, in order to find your correct ip adress please go to google type my ip and it will show you the correct ip adress to give to people... apparently you are running through a router. Also make sure you did port forwarding.
