Help with becoming an admin !!

Heya, i just started my server with dedicated server. Now is my question, how do i become an admin on the server with my char?
Please help me, im kinda new with this "stuff"

OBS OBS OBS OBS OBS !!
I did make my self an admin with using amx_addadmin <name> and <pass> i think it was.
But can someone give me a better way to become an admin? And .. one more thing, how do i login as an admin?

a better way is to go too your valve/steam/steamapps/dedicated server/cstrike/addons/amxx mod/ cfg/users and put your steam id there.

But where should i put my steamid? And how do i know what is my steamid? Is it my nickname ongame? ..

I did find something some guy told me to join some server, just a random, and write stats in the console so i did.
Anyway this is what i came up with.. 3 STEAM_0:0:1551394 <-And he said that the 1551394 is my steamid. So i quess i found it, wuppie! Still have one prob, where do i write it? OBS OBS: Remember that im still in the right map.. dedicated server\cstrike\addons\amxmodx\configs and in the document "users".
I would appreciate some help qiuck (:

But, i can see now. I dont have valve/steam/steamapps/dedicated server/cstrike/addons/amxx mod/ cfg/users as you said.. I have it all under Steam..
Dont know if thats matter but..

in the users folder you were in put STEAM_0:0:1551394 then type amxmodmenu and in game, there SHOULD be a menu.

What? Where should i write it? I cant just write STEAM_0:0:1551394 in the user document.. Cus it wont work.
