The correct command to add an admin would be.

Amx_addadmin "SteamID" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu"

But of course to do this you must be admin already so in your amx/config/users.ini file go down to the bottom and place ...

"SteamID" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu" "ce"
---------------------------
If you do this correctly you will become admin on your server.
