admin menu will nt work

hi. i have my own surver and i cnt get my mani admin menu up. i have tryed bind k admin and will nt work please help

what happens why you type it in manually?

Try typing ADMIN in the console and see if that brings up the menu

I could not get mine to work eather, however when i did it with HLSW everything went fine. just a heads up

Make sure you have your passwords and everything in correctly.

As well as the admin files set with the right Steam IDs and other info.

[Beforeyou]

Step1) Go: Mani Admin Editor
Step2) Go: Select a file: cstrike\cfg\mani_admin_plugin\admingroups.txt Click Select
Step3) Go: New Group
Step4) Go: Enter a New Group Name: (exsemple like me: ZynTax Only) You can also call it something else.
Step5) Go: CS:S 100 Tick Public 12 Slots
Step6) Go: Mani Admin Editor Agian!
Step7) Go: cstrike\cfg\mani_admin_plugin\admin.txt Click Select
Step8) Go: New User
Step9) Go: Counter-strike: Source Join a server.
Step10) Go: into your console whrite: Status
Step11) Go: Copy your Steam ID.
Step12) Go: back on the website. and Put your Steam ID into where its says: Steam id.
Step13) Go: click on Assign to a group Then its will open a new site, Where you can take that group you made by your self. click on that, Then save

And restart your server in Gaming Service Main Menu

That is how to give a member / friend admin to the server.


IF your admin commands or menu or something else not work.
Then you needs to do:

Step1) Go: Game Mods
Step2) Then you install the mod there called:
Mani Mod / Metamod Fix (Only install if Mani mod stops working).
Step3) restart your server in Gaming Service Main Menu
