Im not sure what adminmod means.... I do have an idea but im not sure if its correct...

adminmod is a addon to the origional counter-strike to make it easier to administrate a server. It simplified the command lines needed to perform tasks, as well as add features which will make you server more versitile, and perhaps more fun (depending how you look at it). If you run a counter-strike server, make sure you install either adminmod or amx mod... they make life so much easier

I have never used it before. Althrough anything is better than rcon commands. They are a pain to work with.
